Forester/Impreza Hubs

Is there any difference in putting 97 Impreza ABS hubs in a non ABS 97 Forester, Apart from the hole in the hub where the ABS sensor goes

The answer is no.. there is no difference

They are from the same design.

1997 Impreza and the 1997 Forester use the same platform
