try googling it. they were not sold in Aus as far as I know which is not much.

They generally turn up in US postings , efi and computer naturally to suit turbo. Some members have or have had them here in Aus.

From what i have gathered, only the 84 ea81 got the turbo. And the 3 plug/flapper efi system went from 84-86, because it was used on the 84 ea81t as well as the 85-86 ea82t.

Cheers for that.

Reason i asked cause I have a guy running one in a kombi and he wants me to tune his Link ECU to match. Seems the EJ 20 the ECU was on uses a different fuel map to the EA81T..

I've got a wolf3d running mine so if you're able to read the fuel maps from mine it would give you a good idea of what it should be running.

Is the exhaust manifold on backwards? I'm assuming that's because it's in a Combi, but I've never seen an EA81 turbo before (although I know they exist).
Monster Subaru sold to a good home!! Still a Subaru owner. Will try stay in the Ausubaru loop. Sorry

Yeah, but I don't have the serial cable to be able to hook it up ... I looked into one a while back but they were stupidly expensive.
