Came accross this on IM. 90,000km. Says it's a 1991 but looks like a pre-84 model to me with push button 4WD, earlier steering wheel and dash buttons. The monsoon shields and front aluminium bash plate thing are awesome Sweet looking car, I'd love something stock and in this condition

I'd really like to see (own) a turbo MY wagon or brumby in this sort of original condition.

Awesome condition, only 90kKMs

Now all I need to do is find a MY hatch in this condition for a price I can afford!

Other than the 90k kms it looks like it just rolled off the show room floor!

To me it's a 1991 model - got the "series II" grille and dash board buttons for the climate control etc. The steering wheel is actually from the later touring wagons, '89 onwards I think.

Interesting that it's a single range push button unit for 1991 - must have been a JDM thing that we didn't get - AFAIK the single range 4wd gearboxes ended in '87 out here...

Mint looking vehicle though! What's the asking price?
