hey all,

i've been looking on the net for some info... i have been trying to figure out a way to convert the gen1 4x140 bolt pattern to the 5-lug so i can run better brakes and rims...

who's is it? i'm sure you've all seen this car a dozen times and its got a dozen x 1000 posts about it... but the search function isn't working for me... so any info you guys can offer up to me, or know how i can get in touch with this guy it would be greatly appreciated...

Ahh Greg - welcome to the "other side"

You can't just use XT6 hubs - or does that only work for EA82 / L Series?

nah thats the thing... i'm pretty sure you can't... i'd like to be able to run different struts too... stiffen it up a bit... and also i am pretty sure i can't run aftermarket brakes and such while using xt6 hubs?

anybody know?

Thats good - I might need to pilfer more parts from you

Zefy have a read of the conversions thread, there is a brake upgrade coming soon using liberty (legacy) brakes.
I'm sure if you ask bratgeebah nicely he could mail you a kit, for the right price of course.

That ute belongs to 78_GT_Ute who is/was a member of the board. That pic was taken at Aspley/Brisbane on the day of the Possum Bourne tribute cruise.

It then had an STI Forester conversion. Not sure what specs it is in now.
