L series Fuel consumption

Hi Guys just wondering what most of you guys average for fuel consumption with your L series.

About 9.5L/100km combined. Carb with a couple of tweeks and no P/S or A/C, FT4wd with 14" wheels. I can do better however I find it a bit difficult to resist giving it some curry

ok that's pretty cool I wonder what I will achieve with P/S also does anyone know if there is much difference in fuel burn from carb to MPFI?

Errr, not exactly an L Series, my no mods AWD 3.7:1 EA82T PS xAC manual Vortex seems to deliver 10 whether it be highway, mixed or whatever - on 95.
I used to get same with L Series EA82T 4WD sedan as an auto, never measured petrol use as a 5 speed. Now LPG, uses up to 12.5 per hundred which is expected given LPG has only 80% nergy of petrol, despite its higher octane, and my boot, and 12 psi

My MPFI vortex will get an easy 7l per 100km's on the hwy and if I milk it in the city I can get pretty close to around 8l per 100km's. My ea81 gets similar fuel consumption but its a different car.

Took an approx guestimate with my L wagon when I got it a few years ago at about Odo. 400, 000km.
No A/C or P/S, carb. , 5spd, 13" wheels, highway use.
I seem to have the figure of 8L/100km in my head.
