Keep an eye out for secondhand ones. Would be pretty tough to find a place to buy a new one from, and I'd say it would cost more than any L series is worth. As far as being winch compatible, be aware that the front end of an L series is not exactly strong so I'd be a bit careful of how much load I put onto a bullbar with a winch on an L series.
