Anyone know if someone makes the touring wagon decals for the raised roof on the MY wagon. The two sides and back decals. I've seen the 4wd ones that are on the passenger door being made a while ago on eBay. Any info would be much appreciated
Cheers

I'm looking for the same as well :
This example has the pin strip down the sides + Graphics to the 'hi-top' & is the same as mine had before I had to repaint ...
Sorry I don't have any pics of mine ...
Maybe Frog would know - send him a PM to see if we can still get the originals.
Cheers, Bantum ...

Want fresh ones. Ever since I polished the car it has left a real bad smear which has faded the black real bad. I've tried scrubbing it with nearly every product and won't come out. It may not look it in the pic but they were originally quite dull anyway. What do u expect for a 30 year old car though I guess.
Cover it ...

Yeah I had similar problems with mine, getting old with shrinkage & sun fade which had caused the film to crack & peel - ended up having to sand them off ...
I think the technology then was a very thin printed film, which was applied directly to paint. ...
Depending on how bad it is, you could give it a light ( very fine ) sand & clean, then clear coat over ...

Anyone know of a car in Sydney with these still in good condition that could be traced?
I've done this with my L series Touring wagon and then re-drawn them in CAD. Aiming to do this with a whole heap of stickers.
Should then be able to take the file to any sticker company to be printed out.

I wish my wagon still had paint worth polishing.
My side decals came off years ago and the rear one on the raised roof section is virtually unreadable

LOL.. I feel your pain Cliff.. have a few like this too
I do have one that looks really good and could take some pics and make some measurements if anyone wants to reprint them?

I need to reload CAD onto my home computer, but happy to do this.
Maybe email me the pic?
it needs to be as square onto the surface as possible, cos I import it in, and then trace over it.
Once I've seen the pic, I'll be able to get better idea of what measurements I need.
Ultimately, it'd be best to get a tracing. not need the full thing, just any corners and curves should be accurate.

settle down
stupid Yanks & their imperial measurements. I purposely only buy tape measures that are metric both sides...
Very nice though Paul

Can you get a pic with the tape measure vertically across the area with the strips only, so I've got an idea about the thickness of each line
And can you redo any pics where the thing is above the imperial measurement (turn the tape upside down, I can read backwards)
