yeah saw this awhile ago :
It is a US conversion by a coach building company from memory ...
P.S. - If you want the 'Jump' seats you will have to import them as they are a US only item ... ;(

I've seen Two EA81 Convertibles here, in Honduras; both came imported from USA.
In the Past, Subaru sold those which were made as Convertibles by two different companies in USA.
Also there are Few Vortex XT6 Convertibles:
