good engineer between coffs harbour and canbarra

Yha thats a fairly large area but anyway....im wanting recomendations on where to tak my liberty to get an engineers certificate once i lift my subby. I plan on a 3" hi lift lift kit and ob struts, possible puting rasied springs as well. Also larger tires. Anyone with experence doing this and still keeping there car road legit i would love to have a chat with. I personally live in nowra nsw but do travel around a bit. So any help or recomendations would be great.
