Found this in jalopnik today and thought it was worth sharing.

Just watched this from Alex's feed on bookface. I'd be in like Flynn on an event like this if it were to ever happen in Oz - I feel that we just don't have the numbers or the density of numbers in one location to hold such an event - or if we do the different "fraternities" of the subaru family don't talk much, at least not over here...

Is the January meet still happening?
I think the best place to go would be Loveday 4x4 Adventure park, near Barmera in the river land.
Camping on site, dogs allowed, NO BIKES (liability issues). 14km of the Murray, and some massive amount of property.
Check it out. I know Phizinza loves it.
