My wife just found where to get the certificates for $4.

$4 ??

I got one last week and it was $22 plus $10 for the full history of the car !!

as far as i know this is the new system that replaces the older one. not 100% as the last one i did through vicroads was 22+ but i believe this is the replacement "easier" system...

Aside from this topic at least your roads authority are still called something to do with roads, ie, Vicroads.
In NSW we now seem to be called "Roads and Maritime".
What the flock have boats got to do with roads ?
.....sorry bit of a winge...

The answer is very simple the Roads Department are all at sea and awash with idea's that they have no intentions of pursuing.
