Dammit!!! Clutches!!!

On Saturday I took the coupe for a bit of a thrash, was running really well and I was having a lot of fun. Well that is until I decided to put the foot down in 5th at one point to overtake a truck and the revs floated momentarily.
No! Couldn't be! Well yes folks my coupe's clutch has decided to start acting up. So at the moment I have 3 clutch jobs in line, my brother's L series is first (unable to drive at all), then my wagon (quickly getting like my brother's) and now my coupe. At least it only slips on boost, I can still get around off boost just fine. My sedan's conversion is still stuck on the gearbox crossmember too, so out of 3 cars I'm depending on one.

Checked on the price for a new clutch for the coupe today, $650! Pretty good price considering its for a semi-organic solid centre heavy duty unit! Got lots to save for over the next few months - two clutches, two rego's and a trip to Canberra! Almost wish I had my old job back - the pay was much much better!

The coupes clutch? Not when that replacement one is available... that is a very cheap price for the clutch I'm getting.

Just having a whinge that all this is coming together at once, and I can no longer Commodore-stomp (probably a good thing).

Bit of a bugger having to do the Coupe's one when you had the motor out so recently! I hope I get a decent run out of my push type clutch setup on the EJ20G :o
