Goodbye, Farewell

Post by iananita » Fri Dec 16, 2011 3:54 pm

Yesterday traded the Lib on a Getz(wife's choice).

She had 355 000km still going strong.

Just want to thank all here for their help during the years. Keep up the good work, boys.

Cheers
Ian

I give her 6 months maximum before she regrets the decision.

Either way, don't be a stranger!

Cheers

Bloody women, they have no idea about mechanical things, :D , my wife wants to trade the Forester in on a Honda Accord or a Mazda 6, 200,000 kms of reliable motoring accounts for SFA.

Just deprive yourselves of any dirt roads, bbq's in the the bush and stop your howling for six months or so and see if the good woman sighs about the Getz off road ability :D . You'll both be welcome back in 'ere :)

I've my my work cut out for me to get her into another Subaru Bennie I can tell you that, I need every bit of info I can get to sway her over ...... again.

She loved the 01 RX Liberty we first had but the seats in the Forester have turned against another one, also now having a Grandson the room on the backseat isn't cozy enough for 2 extra bodies as well, it a bit cramped. We only got rid of the Liberty because of the boot size when traveling.
