Welcome to leak #7 ?
No, it is #8 !

Self bloody explanatory here - and can only thank Disco for making that suggestion to replace the little fuel rail hoses - 65mm long each - coz as I started (to wonder WTF coz they look excellent), spotted this, what used to be a Welch plug named after the American Welch brothers, it was just a moist orange crumble - whatever happened to the plug itself ??
Drill, tap and plug is planned fix
All this was camouflaged by the leaking TPS hoses/pipes above and the leaking outlet pipe you now see plugged with a brass 1/8" BSPT blanking plug. Did the plug from the other sid and did not see this mess of a small welch plug
Just glad I did not discover it after fitting manifold again
All the leaks before would likely have surfaced earlier under previous ownershoip if service tech had checked and replaced a $10 radiator cap
Feels like a silverbullet moment !
