Whats a strut worth for a 91 lib wagon with hieght adjust suspension ?

If your talking about air suspension i would not want to pay more than $75 each for 2nd Hand units most people change them to spring type when they fail.
I have a set of 4 i would be happy to sell (still on the car and working well) also have a set of pedders heavy duty struts that i don't need all to suit a wagon.
