HELP HELP HELP

Could i have some suggestions as to what to look for, my 97 outback, will not turn off its parker lights, even when the ignition is turned off, they still stay on. the head lights and dash lights work fine, but the parkers will not turn off, I have removed the light switch fuse, which has turned them off, but i have also lost my dash lights too now, could some please tell me what would cause this problem

thanks

There is a switch on top of your steering column - is located where in most cars the hazard lights are. When on, there is a red strip indicating parker light activation.

Easy to knock - I'm sure most owners have run their battery flat from an innocent Amoural application!
