1st gen Brumby. what's it worth?

I have come across a 1980 1st gen brumby that I would like to buy but I don't really know what it is worth. It is very good for rust but has been repainted many years ago, mechanicly OK, interior untidy as you would expect. It is a daily runabout, not mint but not bad. Let me know what you guys think I should pay for it.
