Finally! Can drive my subie without dad telling me to slow down

Got my P's on Friday, and I just love driving this car. Who cares if it's a little slow? who cares if you have to hold the clutch down for a certain time before you can change into 2nd? All the little things I've done on it while I've been waiting has made the drive even better

And the L series touring wagon seats are so comfy

Also, when I was driving around local this morning, everyone turned to see what was making that noise when I came out of a corner

Great attitude re: speed and your rig as well.

BTW listen to your old man...dads are usually right!!

I can still recall the sense of freedom as a 16.5 year old (yes, 16.5 years in SA back in the day - full license <18 years...hmmmm) passing my Ps all those years ago.
