Hi guys

Was looking on the local web site for stuff for sale and found this. A 1600cc 03 impreza. Well most probally just an impreza. Here one dollar is about 29 Roupies so that car is for sale for about $12000.

I didn't know they came out with the 1.6. Wandering if a stock EJ22 liberty would be faster??

Anyway I have seen about 9 foresters, up to the 02 model. 2-3 L series sedans that were 1.3 2wd. No wagons. No brumby's. One 89 legacy sedan and a 93 sedan model but no wagons.. About 4 GC8 and quite a bit of the bugeye and peanuts but most impreza had 1.6 or 1.8. Only one or two WRX thats some "rally" boys here imported:p Oh and few justy too:)

I've not been able to take some pics as i never had the camera at the right time lol.

Yer u can get old Imps with EJ16's, that's what the motor in Devil Dave's sandrail came from. I think they come in either single point injection (basically a carby with 1 injector ontop of it) or multipoint - Dave's is the multipoint one.
U sure those L series had a 1.3litre engine? What engine was it?

1.5 and 1.6 Imprezas are fairly common over seas but I've never seen a 1.3 L.Series.. we used to get many 1.6 L.Series.. they had the EA71 but with all the later model stuff on them :) I sold many of these engines back in the early 90s to guys wanting to keep their old girls on the road.
