How to remove front bumper on L-series?

I need to replace the left front panel over the wheel arch and in order to access the front two bolts which secure this panel under the headlight I need to remove the front bumper.
Can anyone help with advice on how to do this? I've been looking at it for a couple of hours and can't find an easy way.

Im pretty sure you have to remove the front bumper and that skinny bar just above the bumper because it covers those bolts. The bumper has only four 14mm bolts? but the passenger side bolts are the hardest to get to.

the only bolts I could find were behind the indicator lights on the bumper bar - really tricky to get to. Did I have the wrong ones?

G'day
See picture attachd, Remove carbon canister for ease of access on drivers side. On pass side just forward of battery tray, nice n tight. Chassis rails, not behind indicators.
hoping this helps.

Under the green circle there are two 17mm or maybe 14mm bolts along the rail. Two on each side. This will allow the bumper to come off. You also need to unplug the two indicators that are on the bumper. Its a circular white tube plug.
Did i miss anything?
Also someone must be able to post a better pic of the bolts:)
