Have you found the pages that were posted on here a while back?
Homologation means little nowdays, being an older car - you can do much better with more modern bits under PRC anyway.
Are there any particular bits you were interested in?

i imagine the pages posted here were the fabit ones?
Theyre not homoligation, theyre build papers, technically in the eyes of the organisers they mean nothing, the homoligation papers mean a little except the fact you cant get them
I could PRC rules, but the RX wouldnt be very competive without serious work (the guy who runs the faberit car has a turbo foz gearbox) by running to the homoligation papers i can run class 4, historic almost, and with all the older L bits, less to break and easier to repair.
PRC rules would be fine but the RX would be swamped big time, especially on my type of budget.

I'll shoot a message to the guys that bough my old car, to see if they hung on to the homo papers, but i'm assuming they went on to its new owner.
From memory the only real differences were vented rear discs and gear ratio changes, the rest was pretty much bog stock RX. Your right about being outclassed, RX's are no hope in P5 up against the Liberties and VR4's (turbo restrictors REALLY hurt the RX!!).
Now that they have allowed indiction mods for n/a 4WD's, I reckon it would be worth trying to build a hot n/a engine with cams & quads, which then allows you to run in P3 against the Dattos, Escorts and the like.
Are you sure you can run an RX as a Classic? The CAMS cutoff for the Group 4 Classics was changed to 'pre 1982' last year, and the latest of the Historic classes are all 'pre 81'?

RX versus lib or vr4 yeah no hope of coming close
if i can build a mild engine for my rally wagon ill work out how possible it is. to compete against the best datsun 1800s and escorst i need to pull about 125 ponies, the 4wd will give me a little boost though.
CAMS keeps moving the date that cars become historic, and by the time ive built a RX or sedan with hot engine and suspension it could well be entered.
biggest problem will be when they allow pulsar GTIR and mazda famillias chances are they will make a seperate historic class for them
