Just started the EJ20G turbo motor in my L series for the first time. Started almost instantly, straight into a smooth(ish) idle.

Quite surprising considering its got...
No O2 sensor.
MAF hanging out the side of the car not even plumbed.
No intercooler.
No breather hoses.
No BAC valve.
No exhaust (not even the dump pipe).
No radiator.

Strangly enough, I know the check engine light definitely works!

Should've been jumping around the engine bay!

Let me know if you want me to come up and actually do something this time. I can bring an EJ20G converted Subaru too.

my light did not come on ? I did some thing right ! I wish the air con fan would work its driving me MAD!

GREAT news mate. If its runnning that good without all that other gear on it then just drop the rad in and come 4WD with us this wkd :P
