New 3 wheeled Foz spotted

Don't think anyone stole a wheel, and it was not in the rough terrain, just stranded on the side of a sealed highway with its right rear corner up in the air and front left down on the ground. Loked a bit like a camel or elephant getting done on its front left knee in prep to lay down. Had no time to stop and gawk or offer any help. Was surprised to see it. Maybe someone was in the process of nicking front wheel when they drove off???
