aluminium spacers

does anyone know where to get aluminium bolt spacers? ie like the spacers used to lift the centre joint in the driveshaft in the middle of an L series?

i'm looking for something around 75mm long that can fit an M8 bolt inside. a round "spacer" would be preferable
