I'm very keen for this unit - its in the right state, at a good price, needs work - that's always a good point to keep the price down cos I'm a tight arse and enjoy working on something that's broke so to speak!

Only problem is I was hoping no one would be bidding on it, but there's one there now so the dream is already fading away... I'm stone broke after the US, xmas, new yr, oz week and robe :D Good times though!

Cheers

Yep I was sorely tempted with this, the five hour drive to pick it up put me off, been waiting for a targa to jump at me ... sighs...

I know that feeling... Tomorrow will be the "big day", I'll know in about 28 hours :p

I'm looking at making this into a cheap/fun project between my fiance and I. After getting Sunnie sorted for her mum I think she's a little sold on the targa brumbies!

Im selling my WRX Targa Top Brumby now, had a fender bender on Friday and seeking offers 'as is' ex Gold Coast. Drove it home so not all that bad.

I have seen that. Did you have it engineered? And I'd reckon that'd be way outta the price range I'm looking at - basically anything near the 500-600 mark is good in my book. I know I may be dreaming but I'm not in a rush either. I've somehow always kept the budget down but got things done at the same time :D

There is always hope that some single guy gets married , has kid and needs either a bench seat in his Brumby - or have to sell it :)

Well, at $910 as it is now, I've folded before even getting in the game...

I am being offered this car for 1500 ish but need to get it home can any one near there give me a hand to get it running or at least let me borrow some tools so I don't need to cart them all the way down!

Lucky bugger!! I was so keen on this unit - that's how fleabay work though right?

I'm probabily about two hours way on the other side of melbourne from where this brumby is, if I was to lend tools I'd probabily come with them... If you're ok with this we could try to arrange a day to do it.

Cheers
