Noisy Brake relay!

Any ideas on how to quieten a brake relay in 2009 Impreza...dealer is useless!

Noise started when a tow bar was fitted by Subaru....so you think they could fix it? No way Jose!!!!

Can you e x p a n d on what the brake relay is. Was it fitted additional to normal circuits for trailer lights, or electric brakes? Ya need to sit down over a coffee with Subaru workshop manager.
