I believe its not too hard to fit one on physically but you really need an aftermarket ECU (like a PowerFC or the like) to take advantage of it with a custom tune. Larger injectors will also most likely be required.
Is this for your offroad Lib? Remember you want to go for a relatively small turbo, otherwise you will have a huge turbo lag to contend with which isn't desirable offroad.

I'm starting off with a standard VF8 turbo with my RS Lib engine (for offroad). Possibly might try something bigger later. :D

It is early and I have just woken up but isn't the turbo you mention from a Forester? Not worth putting on at all.

TFO35HM from an Aus Forester GT is at the bottom of the food chain, it's tiny and makes power between 2 and 4k rpm.

Would it be any advantage for upgrade for a EA82T ?
I was thinking along the lines that it makes its power in the same area and may add more huff due to being a later design in turbine scrolls (broader spread in later ones) and is is roller bearing?

I think it would be well suited to an EA82 as an upgrade. I don't know of any one that has fitted on yet though.

IMO it would be ideal for an EA82T. It would give the same response as the clunker RHB5 but have good top end. And it wouldn't self destruct like an RHB5. They are worth very little too.

This is for the backburner for me at the moment, have to sort other bits on mine first. But saying that, my dump pipe needs replacing and if I was to make one, it could be done just as easy for a TFO35HM, but not sure how much mods required in the compressor mounting side however.

What is the ball park figure for one of these?

$50.00

The compressor mounting part is not difficult but ther eis a bit of dicking around. You need to modify the base where it bolts on as one of the bolts is different. You also have to fiddle with the throttle cable or the turbo to get it to work again due to the compressor side of the turbo pointing directly at the cable instead of vertical as yours is now.

Intercooling is also suggested once you go to one of these turbos.
