People will no doubt poo-poo this "oh its no longer a subaru etc etc". No sh_t lol. It's nothing like a Subaru and is only call one because that's how it has to be licenced.
I rekon it's awesome for what it is (not really a subaru). :)

Actually, legally, it would be a Toyota 4Runner, with a rebody and acceptable replacement motor. But anyone would admit, it sure LOOKS like a Brumby... ;)

I kind of like it. The bar work on the front looks quite good. I love the exhaust through the floor in dual stacks. I like where the motor sits.

I don't like the motor but an ER would fix that.

Awesome ute. People have been talking about this for years but someone has finally done it. I'd love to take it for a spin and see how it handled.....probably like a leaf sprung Hilux on 35"s :(
Pity it's not finished. Must have lost intrest.

HaHaHa... Awesome... wounder if it's street legal? I see some number plates but I doubt the licensing dept. knows about it :p

it probably would have a better ride than a Hilux on 25's, as the unibody of the Brumby would weigh more than the body and bed of a Hilux because of the additional strenth built into the subaru unibody, and the engine will give it a little bit more weight to smooth the ride....
