anoying noise make it stop ?

hi, our 2nd car is a liberty wagon 1990 a great little car but there is an annoying wind/air noise that comes from/near the outside mirror window seal when on the hwy i know i might be a bit fussy , but before i take the door apart or squirt silicone around and start climbing through the windows has any one got any ideas or quik fix many thanx chris
