Buying and Transporting cars

Post by Corax » Tue Jun 02, 2009 9:14 pm

Hey Subadudes,

Thinking of buying a car on the east coast (I am on the west) and was wondering what is the best way (truck, rail etc) and the best company to use to get it over here. Also whats the best way to do the deal when both the punters are 4000km apart? ie Hate to give him the money and he keeps the car! Long way to drive to break someone's legs!(kidding!)

Cheers,
Corax.

Fly over there and drive it back. Works out cheaper (if you have a few days to spare), and you get to do the deal in person.
