Moomba South Australia true 4wd'n

Post by Clearwater99 » Sat Feb 11, 2006 7:46 am

Hello all,
well it has been a while since i have posted here at au subaru. The reason be'n is I am now working on the gas fields of the strezlekie desert. (near inaminka) Every where I drive out there I wish I had my soob to have a cain over the dunes or thru some of the stuff that the toyota's that i drive with enjoyment, not sluging through crap be'n pulled out with escavator's or bulldozers.

By the end of the year I am putting in an ej20t and rear disc's in my DL (insert prayer for availability when i want to buy some)

I spotted a brumby at moomba refinery and took some photo's however alas i cannot post them as my web site is not accesable at the momment and as i see there is no availability for me to post via this site.

I often tell the people that I work with about my car and they find it amusing that I would lift a little soob and dump meaty tyres on her. Then for those interested I send them to the high rise sooburu site and show them the pics of the fly'n DL. There is a multitude of Toyota lovers out there. They often try and tell me a little soob wouldn't cut it. Well in the words of MR T "I pitty the fools"

Off I go .. Hopefully next month I will be able to post some pic's of my experience out in the desert :D [/img]
Speiling mistakes .. me never !
