Hi all,
I have had the thrill of blowing a head gasket and with the joy of the cost I am looking at putting a reco engine in.
Am looking for an EA82T engine.
If anyone know of any going could you give me a yell.
Yeah I know they are hard to find but you never know.

I to would not mind getting an EA82T. I dont need one any time soon but if anyone has one they want to get rid of i wouldnt mind taking it. My L series has 445000km on it so i can imagine it wont be long before a new engine is needed

I have a pair of EA82T heads that are in pretty good condition. They were reconditioned approx 10,000km before the motor was pulled out due to a head gasket failure. I also have alot of other bits and pieces off an EA82T, that fill 4 milk crates and the inlet manifold and exhast header pipes. I want all of it gone! I was promised a case of Jim Beam and Coke for it a while ago, but have not heard from that member for quite some time.
Only cost to you is to come and collect it ALL from eastern suburbs, Sydney. (You can give me some JB and coke if you want!!!!)
I don't want to go to the trouble of getting it freighted - I honestly don't have the time to spend doing all the running around. You must come to pick up and I would like you to take it all.
If Sklecha doesn't want it - same offer to anyone else.
Cheers,

The parts have been spoken for by Steptoe, sorry. I will hold them for him for a few weeks, but if he is unable to get them or changes his mind, I'll let you know.
It should all fit into the back of the Corolla. I could make it fit, anyway!
Cheers,

I have a EA82T sitting in the back shed that I may well be willing to let go. PM if you are interested.

Bwhahhaha, surly you have enough parts to build multiple cars now steptoe! or are you going to open your own EA82t parts store.
