I'm looking to get a stable mate for the Brumby more set up for the black top (and something a bit quicker - this will give me a chance to get in and do the things I want to to the ute but haven't been able to if it takes me (see slow) more 2 days to complete.

I'm looking at the SUBARU IMPREZA specifically the 2002 S MY02 RS AWD (the 2.5l) - like this one - http://www.redbook.com.au/used-cars/det ... BA7F03660F

I'd love a WRX but for the same money the k's are higher and models older.

I haven't been able to find any reviews on this model - any ideas where I'd find some? anyone had any experience with these or know of anything specifically that I should be looking for when buying a 2nd hand one of these??

Ahh...the bug eye.
Some close friends bought one 2nd hand about 3 or 4 years ago. Hasn't missed a beat. They love it.
But go a WRX or RS Liberty!

A mate of mine in Brissy is selling a nice black one - with B4 rims on it. Not sure how much he wants and I think it's a couple of years younger than that model, but it is the 2.5l RS. Contact me if you want me to get his number. 0413 245060
