There is usaully a seller on ebay selling rear taillights every week or so. Just type in "subaru brumby" in the search field. he/she is not selling any at the moment.

The Brumby has 'sealed beam' head lights and was wondering if and when it happens is there a semi sealed beam replacement that slots in?.. I'm learning

.....(means I trust the good people here).

I believe that the quad headlight MY's have the same sealed beam as 80 series landcruisers, which means that semi sealed ones that accept H4 (or similar) globes are available at places like supercheap auto

old sigmas, and old toyota vans and cars, just go to a u pull it and look for lights similar, will say h4 on the lens glass.
mine are replaced with sigma lenses and rewired with new relays, works great, the 2nd hand lenses even came with decent globes, only cost $12 too. wiring and relays were extra

Ah, I knew you would know, I'm humbled. After owning a couple of 'L' series ,and I know them ,having bought from new and done high mileage , the Brumby suits my work to a 'T'. Should have bought one long before the 'L' series.
I'll put and add;up in the for sale section tomorrow for the 'L' series wagon, would be a good buy for parts, or a road vehicle.. Want a Subaru person to obtain it if possible. Many thanks ,Lang..

Try AllCrash Parts. They tend to have Taiwanese indicator lenses for Subaru's... = $ cheap
