Subaru on 4WD TV

Was watching 4wd tv today at work and what do i see............
Phiz's big jump.There were several shots of the jump and one off it getting pushed throught the mud pit by a bigger 4wd.They also mentioned it a bit.
Gave my workmates a good laugh.

yeah saw that tonight on video tonight, was all good publicity for subaru except for the mud push and the subaru track mods. Otherwise up there with the big boys

Yeah, don't have channel 31 here so
But a mate taped it for me. So I'll either see it on there or on the net when they upload it.
Still not sure what happened when we hit the water, the engine just died but it didn't seem electrical because it started up fine after. There was a large amount of water in the airbox though. We floated in the hole for a tick and then sank about 20cm. Was a little too deep for the subie.

Mine always cuts out when i go thru water ???? So i have to crawl along and hope no water splashes into the engine bay, quite annoying really!

We fixed that water issue, and it didn't have any problems after the first puddle. So that's why I said I wasn't sure what happened in the puddle.
The design of the breather on the ea81 disty has got to be the most stupid thing I have seen on a 4wd ever...
