Hey guys ,I'm new to the subie world. I've got a 93 2.2 legacy motor. How is the best way to get more power out of it and still have a daily driver. I would like close to 200 plus hp.If possible, maybe turbo? Thanks guys from Oregon

To get 200+ hp out of a N/A 2.2 would require so many mods that you would be better off getting a factory turbo motor and whacking that in. possibly out of a rs liberty or early wrx. In the long run it will be cheaper, and wont break.

That way you will have a reliable stock motor with around 220+ hp and will be fast enough for your needs.

Best to go turbo...and by that I mean swap for a turbo motor, not bolt one to your motor.

otherwise talk to this guy about n/a mods LOL :)

Thank you for your input, just weighing all my possiblities. I just got into subies and love them! Where can I get one of those Roobars? FYI 87 gl wagon with 2.2 legacy motor, all disk brakes goinging to put 4inch lift and 29 on redrilled hubs for 6bolt patteren. My first project Thanks from Oregon
