i have an oppitunity at work to buy a 1999 subaru impreza wrx sti limited edition 2.0 ltr turbo. it has done 79k kms they are asking 25k for it. is that to expencive or is it a steal. it had been lowered and it is really clean and has been well looked after by the last owner
