EA82 valve springs trivia

In my long quest to find the miss in number 2 cylinder, almost the last option to try is NEW valve springs (as SCOOBIDOO suggested a long time ago ). Not like idea of using good second hand for the efforts to replace them !!
They are not an easy buy thing
They are not the same as EA81, nor EJ
I tried Fabre in Sydney - NO
I tried Performance Springs in Mackay - NYET
I tried my trusted machine shop QIM - No,no
Subaru dealer YES !! 2-3 weeks order from Nippon $25 for the inner and outer spring totalling 200 $ for both heads.
Mention was made that FIAT (Fix It Again Tony) 124 has very similar springs inner and outer and that heavy duty for 124 were being fitted to EA82
Currently got QIM chasing possible after market - otherwise it is shell out some Yen
