Your talking about the power transistor mounted on the coil bracket?

One off a MPFI touring wagon, or maybe scout the local wrecking yard for 80's Nissans, one off them will do the trick, or you could pull it apart and get the number off it and buy a transistor from Dick Smith Electrical or Jaycar and fix it that way.

If you are referring to the module inside the distributor, ignore my above post.

What you have in there is a Magnetic Reluctor & Hall Effect Sensor that gives a pulse twice every revolution to drive the ignition coil.

I think the module from any L series carby engine will do the trick.

I think any Hitachi dizzy from same era with the two pin module will do it , Hondas and nissans spares places should have a listing too
