Dave my missus was devastated to hear that you've killed hatchie...again , she said if you keep abusing it like that she'll have no choice but to take it off you for punishment 8)

or Loch ness-arino
or Water-ino

Belive me... im getting the same talk from my misses. Atleast im putting a rush on getting it back on the road. Have already found another engine and making plans to fit it this weekend.

Money is no object when it comes to getting my baby back on the road.
I think i will have to go back to my old motto... "never go first"

I think a new sticker is in order: "HMAS HATCHIE" or similar.

Or we could always modify your rear window one to say "Don't follow me, you'll share my fate".

I attempted, what only can be described as a, swamp crossing going WAY to fast and it was WAY too deep.

Perhaps the stickers that Hatchie needs should be a foot thick & made of high density foam.

AHAHA yeah... belive me im having a good hard think about some sort of floatation device or rotor blades for the rear... it has to float one day.

I drive a rather rough '86 L series wagon.

Dave
I had MSN but lost it in a recent arguement with Bill Gates. I will reinstall it tonight & put the address on my profile. I did have your address on it before I will see if it is still there on the MSN site?

I just realised that I have gone back to my original handle. I have been 'Crank' for the last 6 months.

It has been a wet winter.... thats all i can say. Im rather new to the water crossings. Before this year i had been too scared to but i have been surprised once more on what the old subi can put up with.

As it turns out... i had good reason to be scared of them... very easy to stuff up a motor doing water crossings.

The novelty of water crossings has gone now... there will be a lot less fottage of it from now on.
