dont get me wrong id love abit of blow-off action :D

but taking all the factors into account i think im starting to sway towards Ej25. Should give more than sufficient power, easy conversion, and breakages would hopefully be less. (ie gearbox etc)

Dunno about that alex, he's just knocked the RX together in how long???

If its going to be an EJ25, you better change your sig - and while you're at it, start drawing up plans to turbo the liberty ;)

the liberty stays stock. Its an everyday cruiser. got 650km to my last 45L tank of fuel. Hows that hey!

wagon is my toy, and this conversion wont be happening for a little while yet. Liberty needs a major service and stuff, and she has priority over wanky wagon unfortunately.

heh ***off dave whats the wagon got to do with anything? wasn't working to a time frame on that one and had other priorities not even car related. You haven't even done a Subaru conversion on ur own car yet! Yes I got some help this time around, saved me a couple of days not 8 months.
sorry for the crap in ur thread alex...

conversion is still a while off, but im massively swaying towards EJ25 now. Just more practical offroad wise and more cost effective.

so ive decided a rebuild would be best for the wagon.

She's in bits at the moment, engine should be removed tonight. So its all go ahead now :) with afew extra secret mods while she's off the road.
