The ideal thing would be to take photos and upload them (of the cars at wreckers), but most places won't let you take in cameras. I guess a camera phone photo would be ok-ish...

Give it a couple of years and you won't see MY's in wreckers anymore, just late L's and Liberty's...

MY alloy replacement bullbar at cambellfield pick a part.

Post by El_Freddo » Mon Aug 20, 2007 1:15 pm

Anyone after a MY alloy bullbar go to Cambellfield Pick a part on the old hume hwy (now Sydney Rd), its a black alloy bullbar and a fine piece of work. I don't know how much it was but if i had a MY this bullbar would be on it now... Its a replacement type as well.

Located on the front of a burgandy MY touring wagon with a digital dash (ppl are after these apparenlty), got trip computer too. This car is up near the european car section, last row of the Japanese cars.

There was an awesome selection of L's up there at the moment, i would say its a record number for that place, somewhere near 5 or 7, including a 2wd L wagon... never seen one in the flesh.

Only saw a liberty sedan, white, 2wd with EJ still in it an looked to be complete. Instrument cluster was gone...

Hope someone picks up that bullbar from here, i would look awesome on an MY.

Cheers

Bennie

I saw that burgundy wagon couple weeks back, took the front mudflaps off it for my Brumby. Talk about fully optioned, pretty much everything available at the time (dig dash, p/s, a/c, mudflaps all round, touring wagon hi-top room, etc) ! There's also a real early 4 door EA81 (80-81, with the angled headlights and > < shaped grille) sitting on the far right of the right side row which I grabbed the slanted console out of (a board member asked for it but hasn't replied, so if anybody needs it lmk). I only went there to have a look at the EA82 MPFI setup as I'm putting SPFI on my EA81, ended up walking out with handfuls of EA81 bits :D

Pretty sure there was a 2nd EA81 with a digi dash there as well...
