How much do you save per Litre using octane boost?

Currently in Bunbury 98 octane is 20 cents more per Litre than the cheapest 91 octane.
At 50 Litres that works out to be $10, only I usually fill it with 40-45L.

idk never took notice i just noticed the power gain but due to that you should get a few extra kms out of it to make it worth while just treat the go pedal like you normally would

The power gain is probably most noticeable after the engine is at operating temp.
I'd just finished driving for 1.5 hrs, so perhaps that's why I could feel a difference.

It's definitely smoother than before, even compared with 95 octane.
Audible detonation might be impossible now on 98 octane, at least for street driving. :)
