Dave... I would stress about the job, as they say there's plenty of work out there at the moment and with your skills and knowledge you'd be snapped up straight away but I think if you continue doing your job at the best of your ability, then it will your boss that will be the big losser in the end.
You know you are getting old when the candles on your birthday cake start to cost more than the cake itself.

It was when I first lived there - $50 once-off fee, with a $10 re-make fee for lost or stolen plates. That's when I had "JOANNA" and "RX".

Second time we moved up there prices had risen to $140 one-off fee with $50 remake fee. Had "WILLIE" and "JN" that time.

They were talking about the price going up again when we left last year.

Yeah unfortunately I know how hard that work thing is But if it makes you feel any better I had all my tools for work knocked off from the boot of my car once three or four grands worth as well as destroyed the rest of the car not one piece of glass survived and barely a straight panel, plus they stole half my stereo A concealed screen which was useless to them and made the rest of my stereo useless. And to make things worse we went to get a trailer to take the pieces home we were gone for half an hour tops! and they took the seats and half way through taking the steering wheel! I waited for them then but to no avail! It happened a long time ago but still very bitter!

And as for the plates maybe worth taking it up with someone else as they can retool the machine to remake a standard plate for less than 20 bucks and yet costs 390 your saying to do the same job on a similar plate!

90 model liberty (was to be scrapped instead sold to workmate)
