Thermostat temp

Hi all
Can someone tell me what the OEM thermostat opening temp is, for a 85 L series.
Just ftd a new one that is 90 deg F, and the temp gauge is higher to what it was previous.

85 deg C is OEM. 90 is too high your thermo fan would be working double time
