Good stuff Jay sounds like it will pass with ease shortly. Yet another example of how easy it is in reality to pass modified cars over WA pits.

Maybe I should construct a windscreen, slap some indicator lights on and take WackyBug over the pits :) Then I can drive her to work!

I might add under the bonnet was not painted orange , nor when you open the doors , it may of been painted with a vacuum cleaner on blow ?

+ my 9 year old son could give the guy that wired the ecu in some tips on how to do a quality job .

All depends on who you get on the day, did a V6 conversion to an early commodore and they required a FULL engineering report on the whole car before even looking at it, brakes, chassis, diff, suspension etc etc All this for a 3.8L V6 into a car that had a factory option of a 5L V8? And yet have others go over and just need a permit. Go Figure.

Well, i've heard it said before (probabily on the vicar of dibly) - "I'm not touching that one with a 90 foot barge pole"

Seagull before saying another word I suggest you find out the full story AND I highly recommend that you consider thinking before speaking, just a tip.

I was just curious. Yes I do know about it a little. Maybe the fellas at Mazsprint in Brisbane would consider hiring your 9 year old.

BTW the way it was built here in Australia not by Foose in the US. Oh, thanks for the tips on painting. Didn't think about a vacuum at the time. I thought a roller and brush would do just fine.

Perhaps you could post up something constructive at some stage too seeing as though you and your son have all this knowledge. Oh, get him to type it so we can understand it please.

I'm guessing its really a private matter between the buyer and seller. But one or both of them may want to post the full story up as it gets rather distorted in threads like this with people posting up opinions based on probably incorrect information. :)

btw Brett check out this cool website...

Apparently this is taught to children in Year 3 in Australia (the year they turn 9).

I was thinking about doing a great long reply about this then I thought why bother? It is just going to start a **** fight on the board again. So, go ahead, say what you want I don't really give a **** what you say about me or the car.

I do hope that If Jay has a problem he will email me directly.
