TPMS In 2008 models

Post by SUBYDAZZ » Mon Jan 07, 2008 9:12 am

Continuing in the fine fashion of over-zealous safety requirements in US cars (eg: Daytime running lights), all 2008 models must now have a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) fitted. Interesting link. Do Aus models have this or is it just the US built Subarus?

Not really, but it could be a lot more useful too. If they went to the effort of putting a sensor system in there why not monitor pressure and temperature, not just when the pressure is 25% too low?
