Good mechanic in melbourne

Post by Kat » Mon May 21, 2007 7:21 pm

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in melbourne's western suburbs? I nead to get the head gaskets replaced on my 83 subi wagon - preferably without being ripped off or tricked into getting other repairs that I don't really need :)

Cheers

I forget what its called... But I think its Allcorn (or Alcorn?) Mechanical Repairs, errr 7 Errol Street, Braybrook- I find these guys good and well priced but Ive never serviced my cars there as I do it myself but my father in law does.

They must have some good machanics down there. I have just got back from Melbourne, and I can't get over the amount of Subies. I was in Heaven. I was trying to do some serious shopping and my head keep spinnning to hear the sound.
