Interior water leak

For the past few weekends I have been going on some.. hmmm.. relatively deep water crossings - the car goes through okay - but I am springing a major leak from inside the car - the underfelt on all floors is satched.

Does anyone know off hand where an L Series leaks - where it would only be obvious once u lift the carpet/vinyl?

I am getting sick of pulling front seats out to air out the underfelt

Under the rear seat there are a couple of 1 inch holes covered over by just rubber patches-in my L series they came off and i was wondering how the dust was getting in. I just sealed them up for good with selly's all clear.

It's possible its getting in there - just surprises me the entire underfelt gets soaked - I'll check that though - thanks Xela!

Check the grommets in the firewall. There's a spot for your loom behind the RHS head and also the usual clutch and accelerator cable holes.
