Carpet in a Brumby
Carpet in a Brumby
Has anyone fitted aftermarket moulded carpet in their Brumby? I'm interested to know if it's worthwile, or should I stick with the vinyl floor and rubber mats?
I found a company who has front/rear carpet available for $166 a set. They also offer side carpet for an extra $36.

Some MY touring wagons did come out with carpet. So you might be able to put that in?

If you arent worried about having vinyl in behind the seats you can just get a front section. I have brought moulded car carpet before and found the bottom of the line carpet good wearing but looks like crap if you want a nice looking carpet go the super plush pile variety. And they are very much oversize in the delivered item so you can cut it to match your floor setup

The long road ahead

i did the whole moulded carpet thing in my coupe and paid the money then cursed as i cut it out with my mum's best sewing scissors to find it lumpy and didn't fit.
joke was I ended up take it to a motor trimmer who made all the carpet fit himself (not the mould) and it only cost me $100 more than the mould itself and was perfect fit etc
